Who Qualifies

If you are at least 18 years old; currently live in ZIP codes 27260, 27262, 27401 or 27406; and either currently attend or graduated from Guilford County Schools in the past five years (Classes of 2021-2025), you are eligible to apply.

What It Covers

The scholarship covers all course fees, course materials and equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE) for all the courses listed below. The scholarship does not automatically cover certification exam fees.

Health Sciences

Options include central sterile processing, EKG cardiac telemetry technician, medical receptionist, Nursing Assistant I (CNA), pharmacy technician, and phlebotomy.

Options include aircraft structural repairs, composite technology, and structures assembly.

Options include apartment maintenance technician, HVAC installation 101, and plumbing.
